Billing & Insurance
Our team can help with intake paperwork, insurance verification and a good-faith cost estimate.
Accepted insurance plans
We are in-network with Superior HealthCare, AmeriGroup, Community Health Choice, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas, Cigna, ChampVA, Curative, Healthcare Highways, Baylor Scott & White Health Plan, and SISCO.
Our in-network commercial plans are accepted at all nine clinics. Medicaid is accepted only at Memorial Houston, Atascocita, and Cypress Fry Road, subject to plan eligibility and benefit verification. Please contact our team about your specific plan and clinic before scheduling, and contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage, out-of-pocket costs and any referral requirements.
Self-pay and superbills
For plans outside our in-network list, care is self-pay. A superbill is available on request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Getting started and verifying benefits
Call 281-982-1313, email admin@thrivespeech.net, or request an appointment. Our team will help set up your profile and send intake paperwork.
Once we receive your completed intake forms, we’ll schedule your child’s evaluation, verify your insurance and provide a good-faith cost estimate. After the assessment, your therapist will follow up with results once the report is ready. If therapy is recommended, it usually starts 1 to 2 weeks after the evaluation. Please confirm current availability for the recommended service and clinic.
Choosing the right clinic
Feeding therapy is offered only at Brookshire and Cypress Towne Lake. Childhood apraxia of speech evaluation and therapy are offered at Magnolia. These specialty clinics do not accept Medicaid. Contact our team to discuss the appropriate clinic and payment options.
