How to request an appointment

Call 281-982-1313, email admin@thrivespeech.net, or complete the appointment request form on this page. The form helps our team understand your needs and match you with a clinic before scheduling. Tell us which location is convenient and which service you are interested in.

We will help set up your profile and send the intake paperwork to begin the process. Once we receive the completed forms, we will schedule your child's evaluation, verify your insurance, and provide a good-faith cost estimate. After the assessment, your therapist will follow up with results once the report is ready. When therapy is recommended, it usually starts 1 to 2 weeks after the evaluation.
