We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your specific plan's coverage.
For all other insurance plans, we bill as self-pay. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We do not accept Medicaid at this time.

We do not charge extra for driving to other locations. However, sessions at an ABA clinic or daycare are limited to a 10-minute driving radius from each of our clinics.

No, in order to ensure your child's safety, please remain on the premises during your child's entire session.

Our practice does not require a referral; however, some insurance providers do. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm if a referral is needed under your plan.

A Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is a trained professional who has a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders or a related field. They are qualified to provide speech therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed speech therapist. A Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) is a speech therapist who has finished their master’s degree and is in their first year of practice. During this time, they work under the guidance of an experienced, licensed speech therapist before becoming fully certified. This allows them to gain hands-on experience while ensuring your child receives high-quality care.

We work with children from 18 months old until 13 years old. Children 14 -21 years old may be seen depending on their individual needs.

Every child is unique and their length of therapy is also individualized. Some children make rapid progress and need only a short period of therapy, while others may require ongoing support to build and maintain communication skills.

Most of the children we see receive therapy 1 to 2 times per week for 30 minute sessions.

Yes! By sitting in on your child's session, you are able to see therapy strategies you can use at home! You also can wait in the lobby of our clinics to ensure that your child can build a strong relationship with their therapist. Your child's therapist will talk to you at the end of the session to discuss how you can support your child at home.
